Prior positions include Vice President/General Manager of Advertising Sales at Time Warner Cable in New York City, and Corporate Vice President of National Ad Sales at Time Warner Cable; Vice President of Advertising Sales for Westwood One Radio Networks; COO of MEP Media; President of Ad Sales for USA Networks; and President of Ad Sales for About.com. This followed fifteen years at NBC, where Jon's career included a six-year stint in NBC Cable and nine years in the NBC Television Stations Group. Jon holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.
download photoKathy Sciere, Executive Producer, Web Content, is responsible for overseeing content on Vault’s website including managing community and driving user-generated content. Kathy is an award-winning media veteran, having worked at CBS News in the 1980s and 90s, including stints as Senior Producer at the "CBS Evening News with Dan Rather" and for Don Hewitt and Lesley Stahl at "60 Minutes." Kathy also served as Executive Producer of "The News with Brian Williams" on MSNBC, where she first seriously encountered Internet news via the partnership with Microsoft and msnbc.com. Later she ran her own video production company with successful projects for numerous cable TV channels. She received a BA in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
download photoYazad Dalal is Vault's vice president of recruitment sales and marketing. After nearly a decade of holding management positions at Monster.com, Yazad has expanded and manages Vault's candidate sourcing solutions. He provides unique insight to his Fortune 2000 clients, helping them build their online recruitment strategy, employment brand, diversity initiatives and international staffing strategy. When talking with job seekers, he stresses the importance of building a network of successful professionals across multiple industries: "They will be your best resource for advice and hidden job opportunities."
download photo Brian joined Vault in 2004. His responsibilities include editorial research--including rankings and surveys--as well as strategic planning for Vault publications. He also manages Vault’s content on the legal industry, edits Vault’s annual Top 100 Law Firms Guide, and writes Vault's law blog which provides current career news, advice, and intelligence to the legal community. Prior to joining Vault, he was an associate at a New York City law firm. He has a BA in history from Middlebury and a JD from Fordham. 
download photoThomas Nutt joined Vault in 1998 and has since served in a variety of roles in product development and sales and marketing. As General Manager for London-based Vault.com Ltd., Thomas oversees Vault's operations across the UK, Europe and the Middle East and lectures about careers at many of the region's top universities and business schools. Prior to establishing Vault's London office, Thomas helped cofound Paris-based Mulotdeclic.com, a technology company focused on solving computer issues for homes and business. Thomas is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Foreign Service.

As General Manager for Hong Kong-based Vault Asia Ltd., he oversees Vault's operations in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and Australasia. As Vault Asia's General Manager, he has lectured about careers at many of the region's top universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University and the University of Hong Kong. He is a graduate of Harvard University.
